Selecting Schematic Elements¶
To select schematic elements (symbols, labels, and schematic groups):
-
Single Selection: Click on the element you want to select. For multiple selections, hold down Shift while clicking additional elements of the same type.

Area Select: Alternatively, click and drag to draw a selection box around multiple elements. Any elements within the box will be selected. Note that if a schematic group is within the selection area, it will be prioritized over individual symbols and labels.

Interactions for Selecting All¶
JITX provides special selection tools for efficiently managing wires and net labels in a schematic:
-
Selecting All Wires on a Net (A): Select a wire, then press A to select all wires connected to the same net. This is useful for quickly identifying and managing all connections within a net.

Selecting All Net Labels on a Net (A): Select a net label, then press A+ to select all net labels associated with the same net. This allows you to easily manage and modify all labels connected to a specific net across your schematic.
