select-expand

Expand or contract selection from currently selected elements.

Expanding a selection means selecting anything connected to the current selection. For example expanding the selection from a pad will select routes connected to it. Expanding again will select the other end of the route, and so on. Contracting a selection will deselect anything that is only connected to one (or no) other selected element, effectively eliminating the outer edge of the selection.
