mode#

Set the currently active UI mode.

Signature#

mode route
mode move

This command sets the current layout mode. move is the default, and allows moving components and other elements on the board. The route mode is a manual route construction mode. When active, it makes available the following operations:

  • Manual route guiding

  • Manual via and control point creation

  • Manual differential pair insertion point creation
