Automatically place fan-out vias

auto-via [ANGLE]

Attempt to auto-place vias in an axis aligned pattern around the selected pads. If the optional ANGLE is given (in degrees), the angle will offset the search pattern by that amount, i.e. auto-via 45 will search diagonally (but still in all four diagonal directions).
