Group Replication#

The Group Replication feature in JITX allows you to replicate the layout of a selection of groups onto other groups. You can replicate the layout as a single copy-paste action or perform multiple individual copy-pastes.

Replicating a Layout as a Whole#

Use this method to replicate the layout of a group selection onto another group as a single entity.

Replicating Layouts Individually#

This method allows for several individual replications of a layout onto different groups.

Steps#

  1. Select Groups to Replicate: Choose the groups whose layout you want to replicate.

  2. Copy the Layout: Press Ctrl + C on Windows/Linux or Cmd + C on macOS.

  3. Select Target Groups: Choose the groups whose layout you want to update, either as a whole or individually.

  4. Paste the Layout: Press Ctrl + V on Windows/Linux or Cmd + V on macOS.
